In this supply squeeze condition, there is little trust between buyer and seller on medical supplies transaction. When buyer contact factory (sellers) directly for product enquiries, there is no reply or face immediate rejection that there is no stock. Buyer thereafter look for resellers hoping they can connect to factory for products. To most buyers, this remains a hope.

As we have gained trust in buyers for our thorough due diligence, and have managed deals worth millions transacted, we received many resellers whom wants to work with us. 90% of resellers in the market does not pass our stringent due diligence. On one occasion, we were referred to a reseller, saying they have Shun Thai gloves (one of the largest glove factory in Thailand) . The reseller claims to have bought Shun Thai gloves from SoonRuamkarupan 2000 Co Ltd. During that moment, Shun Thai website does not have "Please warn of fraud" warning. Our local team in Thailand investigated and make contact with SoonRuamkarupan 2000 Co Ltd and Shun Thai. Little to our surprise, Shun Thai denies having supplied any products to SoonRuamkarupan 2000, and told us there are alot of queries calling to confirm this relationship. But...... to our laughter, a security guard pick up the call saying there is no SoonRuamkarupan 2000 in the building. Shouldn't it be the receptionist picking up the phone call for SoonRuamkarupan 2000? And......

much to our laughter, the reseller whom claims to have Shun Thai products got so angry when we share the truth to him. His most audacious claim is that company (SoonRuamkarupan 2000) is a Shun Thai owned company. Before he left the wechat group, he even threaten to sue us. This is only one of the many issues we faced in the industry. Because of the huge supply squeeze, promising huge profits, many claimed to have goods. We have even seen resellers providing documents with chains of custody of more than 5 layers for top Malaysia gloves factory. There are far too many buyer intermediary without knowing the exact required glove specification and enter into negotiation. We respect and give all parties the benefit of doubt when approached. We will also kindly provide them the factory we represent, authorised documents and details of our deal management. When we ask for their buyer's mandate, authorisation letter from buyer, they could provide none. But still claim they know the buyers direct or through some layers. Hence this little trust between buyer and seller have eroded to near zero trust. Sellers start to qualify buyers by seeking the below from buyers 1. Letter of intention - to clearly states the requirement 2. Proof of funds - to prove that buyer has ready funds to transact Without these 2 documents, Sellers will not release the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

In Excelus, we bridge the gap. We qualify both the buyers and sellers to seal the deal. We are the management of the deals. We have all relevant documents proving our links with direct factories or brand owners we represent. Buyers know we are real deal. We pay handsomely and timely to all buyer intermediaries/agents. Hence we are brought directly to serve the end buyer. If you are ready to connect us to potential buyers, we are most happy to serve. If you are ready to connect us to factor/brand owners/resellers, we are most happy to serve too. For all connection, we have professional team to do due diligence. This is not for the purpose of uncovering the dark secrets for the glove business. This is to ensure buyers and sellers are legit for the sole purpose to seal the deal. And we are here to serve, manage the deal, protect all interest in harmony.
